How long does shipping take?
Each Chillplate is custom CNC-machined and carefully packaged to order. Orders ship from Shanghai within 3–5 days of purchase, with estimated delivery in 7–15 days. Shipping is free worldwide.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
You can return your Chillplate within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Every Chillplate also comes with a 90-day warranty that covers verified performance issues and product defects. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Will installing Chillplate void my MacBook’s warranty?
Chillplate requires opening your MacBook’s rear case, which may affect AppleCare or Apple’s standard warranty coverage. We recommend checking your current warranty status before installation if this is a concern for you.
